Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of the ANT Apparel website in Sri Lanka. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
1. Products and availability
We sell apparel including oversized T-shirts and polo T-shirts. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly by screen. Sizes, prices and stock are subject to availability. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable.
2. Orders and confirmation
Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information. For WhatsApp checkout, submitting an order form or opening a WhatsApp chat alone does not confirm the order. Your order is confirmed when ANT Apparel accepts it and communicates confirmation. We may verify details before dispatch.
3. Pricing and delivery
Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The checkout displays the applicable delivery charge before order submission. Delivery is offered within Sri Lanka, subject to service availability and any limitations communicated during confirmation. Our usual estimated delivery period is 3–5 working days after order confirmation, subject to product availability, courier coverage and dispatch arrangements. Delivery may take longer due to remote locations, public holidays, weather or courier delays. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery deadline.
4. Payment methods
Available methods currently include Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer, as shown at checkout. Bank transfers must be verified before being treated as paid. Online card payments are not currently active; if introduced, the applicable payment provider and checkout instructions will be displayed.
5. Cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch; we will confirm whether cancellation is possible. See our Return & Refund Policy for problems with delivered items and applicable remedies.
6. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or provide fraudulent information. Content, photographs, designs and branding remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
7. Liability and legal rights
We aim to provide accurate product information and reliable service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
